Simple ways to get a flat stomach
Eat with a small bowl
Eat with a small bowl will make you are able to measure the intake of foods that fits with the capacity of your stomach. Conversely, if you eat by using a large plate, the desire to eat will be bigger and even uncontrolled. This will result in the presence of excess fat stored in the abdomen.
Good sitting posture
Bent sitting position will make your stomach look folded; you should sit in an upright position. In addition to hiding the folded stomach, sitting in an upright position will keep your abdominal muscles tight.
Lift your leg up
Lie down in bed, lift both feet and make the wall as a place to lean. Lift your back and shoulders in a position away from the bed slowly. Repeat until 10-12 times for 2-3 times a week.
Drinking enough water
When you drink water, you are indirectly providing lubrication to the body in order to facilitate the metabolic processes inside the body. Water is also a calorie-free intake for your body.
Don’t eat while talking
Eating while talking or laughing, or eating too quickly can make the air go into the stomach. This leads to a bloated stomach due to gas gathering in the belly. If you want to have a flat stomach, you shouldn’t eat while talking or eating too fast.
Don’t consume too much soft drink
Just like eating while talking, consuming too much soft drink will cause bloating stomach because the drink contains air/gas.
In addition to performing light activity to flatten the stomach, exercise regularly still needs to be done on a regular basis. You can jog or walk for 30 minutes every day. In addition to nourish and strengthen the heart, regular exercise can also help to flatten your stomach.
Getting a flat stomach doesn’t mean that you only need to consume healthy foods, or doing too much physical activity such as going to gym every day. It’s a good idea to combine both of them to get a flat stomach to the max.
