Eating a lot of fatty foods

Eating salad excessively

Although the ingredients of salad are vegetables or fruits, but the mix of mayonnaise, cheese, sweetened condensed milk, or bread will increase the amount of calories and fat in your body. And what often happens is the dieters feel that the salad will not gain their weight so they consume it excessively. If you don’t manage the amount of calories and fat that goes in your body, your diet program will not succeed.

Lack of calorie intake

Indeed consume excessive calorie is not good for your body, but it doesn’t mean that you don’t need it at all. Your body needs 1200-1500 calorie intake every day. The calorie will be used as energy to do daily activities. If the calorie intake is highly restricted, or even dismissed, then the energy in the body will decrease drastically.
