Prevent the stress

Stress is one of factors that can trigger the emergence of gray hair. To prevent stress, you should be able to calm yourself by doing relaxation such as yoga, do fun activities or take a warm bath.

Stop smoking

Smoking has been proven to cause the premature aging of hair, including the early growth of gray hair. By quitting smoking, the blood circulation will be more smoothly which also affects the overall health of your hair.

Reduce the consumption of certain foods
